    IBS Data gathering

    Had my first IBS data gathering call today and guess what happen in the morning, ironed my pants and guess what!! The freaking iron burned my pants. Imagine this you have a mock up meeting with your tutor(client) in two hours time and the damn iron burned your pants the moment it had contact with the pants. Ridiculous and damn pissed man!!! And to make things worse that was the only pair that i wore, but luck was on my side found a pair of old pants and managed to squeeze in.

    The IBS Data gathering was a nightmare, my hand was shaking throughout the whole session. muhahah But as i mention before luck was on my side at least a bit, he gave me 22/30 for it. Thank goodness

    ACER SUCKS in AFTER SALES SERVICES

    Thinking about what happen one month back really piss me off. Yes it about the damn ACER people. Damn pissed with the kind of service they provide. So here’s how it go about. Called them to arrange for their technician to come down and repair my left click and touchpad. Okay fine the guy came down in the evening and told me that he will replace the faceplate for me (without saying anything about charging me for it)and then he proceed to dismantle my laptop, he unscrewed every single screw except for one which he apparently tried too hard!!! And guess what, he screwed that DAMN screw till the tread when missing.

    Which goondo will keep screwing will he know that he can’t unscrew that damn thing? Then he told me that he need to bring it back to ACER to remove the screw. I can’t do anything but allow him to bring the laptop back to Acer fro three long days.

    The next day the guy at Acer called citing that they will have to charge if I want to change the faceplate and there you go an argue, I felt that he tried to push the left click fault all to me all because of the bloody crack that was on my com and citing that it is how the user use the laptop and bla bla bla (mind you that happen 2 years back and the left click problem practically happen to 50% of travel mate 3002 user). Can’t remember what happen next asked him to call be back as I was having my driving test and that fellow was lucky I passed that damn test and didn’t want to argue with him and told him this “my main concern is not the left click but the touchpad, it is not sensitive and at time can’t even sense my touch” and then bla bla bla. He called back the week after telling me that there was no problem with my touchpad bla bla bla and fine I took it back cant be bother to waste more time on them. But then the point is this damn touch pad is still having problem as I am typing, it’s REALLY not sensitive GOD DAMN IT!!! And the worse thing was the buggers DID NOT CHANGE THE DAMN SCREW THAT HE SPOILED AND DID NOT TIGHTEN THE DAMN SCREW ON THE LAPTOP.

    Moreover why make me go through all this crap YOUR DAMN TECHNICIAN SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE DAMN LAPTOP BEFORE TELLING ME THAT HE IS GOING TO CHANGE THE FACEPLATE AND NOW WHAT IS WASTED MY TIME DEALING WITH CLOWNS LIKE YOU AND IN THE END THE PROBLE IS NOT FIXED !!!! IS THERE NO STARDARD S.O.P AT ACER, WHY MAKE YOU CUSTOMER GO THROUGH THIS ENTIRE DAMN THING. YOU FOOL!!!

    The story did not stop here man, called them up a few days back as I was having problem booting up from the system cd as I wanted to reformat the laptop and guess what happen. After waiting for 10 minute for some one to pick up, THAT GUY SOUND AS IF HE WAS SLEEPING AND TOOK SO LONG TO REPLY HE REALLY SOUND DAMN UNINTERESTED AND SLEEPY AND HE CANT EVEN HELP. WHAT HE TOLD ME WAS WHAT I CAN GET FROM A 3 YEARS OLD KIND “THEN IN THAT CASE YOU HAVE TO BRING DOWN TO OUR SERVICE CENTRE” WHICH IDIOT DUN NOE THAT!! And so I approach MEL for help AND THE DAMN THING IS ALL I HAVE TO DO IS PRESS ALT F10 ON BIOS TO REFORMAT!!!

    YOU NANBEI FUCKED UP PEOPLE AT ACER, WHAT THE FARK AT YOU DOING. YOU SUCKS TOP TO BOTTOM. YOU CALLED YOURSELF A TRUSTED BRAND TO HELL MAN!!!
