In the recent months the service sectors in Singapore have been the hot topic of the town, ever since pm lee touch on the topic of improving the service quality in Singapore.
Service quality have since been emphases by many employers. Indeed in a way our service quality can be/ have increased, however I would like to question if the good service that you are receiving really comes from the heart of the service people or are they just “plastic”(artificial/ not genuine). Are the service people smiling in front of you while they are gossiping behind your back with their fellow co-workers.

Argg I think I need a break. This is going to be a very hectic week every since school reopen this semester. Every thing seems to be thrown at a fast pace, tutorials, projects, and lectures. I’m so confuse with bstat all sort for funny symbol and stuff seem to be appearing e.g. Dispersion Variance and Standard Deviation (what is all this shit!!). Even micro is getting me confused haizzz think is my own fault that I can’t understand them, can’t seem to be focus in anything that I do. Projects datelines are also nearing and we haven seem to be started proper on any of them .jia lat lah!!
Forget it I don’t feel like writhing anything btw there like no flow in what I a saying …….

Hey look, I think as a NGEE Ann student we are too overly dependent on Mel (or perhaps just me) Is that good or bad?? Kay lets analyze this as a ngee ann student we use Mel for every thing downloading or notes, announcement, updates on projects date line and NP email. So what do you think will happen to the poor students of ngee ann if the system is down for maintenance? the ANSWER, poor student are going to be do F#@* helpless not knowing what is when is the bloody submission date for certain project (OCOM) and not knowing what is happening to certain tutorial lesson. What the hell is this even email also cannot use the whole bloody is down leaving us so helpless. Kao wei at least try to get it up and running by Sunday lah, like that how sia **$@@!$#%.
