In the recent months the service sectors in Singapore have been the hot topic of the town, ever since pm lee touch on the topic of improving the service quality in Singapore. Service quality have since been emphases by many employers. Indeed in a way our service quality can be/ have increased, however I would like to question if the good service that you are receiving really comes from the heart of the service people or are they just “plastic”(artificial/ not genuine). Are the service people smiling in front of you while they are gossiping behind your back with their fellow co-workers. Think about it!
